We are huge cheese addicts at our house! We put it on just about anything and everything. Especially love it melted on vegetables, shredded in salads and sprinkled on tex-mex food!
My favorite is always flour tortilla roll up with ham, swiss and fresh spinach.

#4) Since a Dutch oven is included in this wonderful prize package, I'd have to say homemade macaroni & cheese, simply for the "crunch" factor around the edge of the kettle. (Too yummy to describe, but I have a great recipe to share!) :)

Mac & Cheese is my favorite use for cheddar cheese, any kind of cheese, really. A burger just doesn't feel complete without swiss cheese, though.

I love swiss over a great grass fed beef burger and maybe a few mushrooms in there to.
I love Swiss cheese on a hearty sandwich--great bread, roast beef or ham, Swiss Cheese, mustard, veggies.
Cheddar--I like to eat it as is, or with crackers!
Cheese is my favorite food!
Swiss cheese on lightly toasted vienna bread with a schmear of catsup. Yes catsup. Thin sliced mushroom on top, then under a broiler until it turns just brown and bubbly. Tomato soup and a sweet butter pickle on the side. Oh my!
My favorite is a cheddar cheese, ham (especially country ham) grilled cheese sandwich on artisan bread with fig preserves.
Cheddar chesse and roasted potato soup. A great comfort food, during these long cold winter days.

My favorite way of using cheddar cheese is to grate it on top of nacho chips, for a REAL chips and cheese. Add some onion, jalapenos (if you like the heat) and some sour cream, Mmmmmm!

I love putting grated cheddar on waffle batter before closing the lid! Makes the best waffles ever! Oh, and on top of apple pie . . . Mmmmm..., and I LOVE LOVE LOVE Cache Valley cheese!
